Shipping times
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Orders are processed automatically. Once an order has been confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed, nor can processing or delivery times be modified.
Goods are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being received, to the address provided at checkout.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your delivery.
If the parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered, it may be held in storage at the courier's depot.

For deliveries within Italy, Economy shipping costs €5.90 on orders up to €99. Orders over €99 ship free.
Shipping within Europe costs €20.00.
Shipping to non-EU countries costs €35.00.
Shipping to the United States costs €30.00.

Shipping to non-EU countries
Shipments to non-EU countries are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties, taxes or charges levied by the local authorities are therefore payable by the customer and may be collected separately by the courier.
Before placing an order from a non-EU country, we recommend checking which duties and taxes apply in your destination country.
Can I choose the delivery day or time?
It is not possible to select a specific delivery day or time in advance.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you can contact them directly to see whether an alternative delivery date can be arranged.
